What distinguishes this practice is the combination of clinical breadth, academic authority, regulatory experience, and an unwavering commitment to objective analysis that attorneys can rely on in court.
Opinions Grounded in Independence
We render honest, objective opinions based solely on the clinical record and applicable standards of care regardless of which side retains us. We do not adjust our analysis to accommodate litigation strategy. Our credibility depends on it, and so does yours.
Cross Disciplinary Clinical Authority
Between our three consultants, we cover emergency medicine, nurse anesthesia, cardiovascular critical care, aeromedical transport, spine surgery, urgent care, hospital administration, and product liability research enabling us to serve as the primary expert in nearly any provider or specialty matter.
Credentials Built for the Courtroom
Two DFAAPA Distinguished Fellows. A DNAP prepared CRNA with NBCRNA national exam authorship. A sitting AAPA Judicial Affairs Commission member. A former County Medical Examiner. Founding Deans of accredited programs. These credentials survive Daubert challenges and carry weight with juries.
Professional Reliability as Standard Practice
We return communications promptly, meet agreed deadlines, and keep retaining counsel informed throughout. Expert witness consulting is a professional service and we operate it with the precision and accountability we applied throughout our clinical and academic careers.
Northwest Medical Legal Consultants provides independent medical legal consulting services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our consultants do not guarantee favorable opinions. All case evaluations are conducted objectively based on the clinical record and applicable standards of care. Acceptance of a retainer does not constitute a commitment to any particular opinion.
